The Christmas season is right around the corner and with the help of the community, we are ready to help provide Christmas gifts to local children in need! If you would like to apply, please fill out the form below and return it to your child's school by November 15th, 2024. We will not be accepting any late registrations. Please complete one form per family. If you need to send in an additional form, return the forms together or add to the back. Children must be enrolled in Mannford Public Schools or a resident of Mannford, OK and a current Pre-K through 12th Grade student.

Please include each child's name, age, gender, shirt/pant size, shoe size, and special gift wish.  Also please limit gift requests to $50 per child.  Anything listed over this amount will not be fulfilled.  At this time bikes and electronics can not be fulfilled.
